The great location and the access that it allowed to all the adventure trips based out of Queenstown. I also appreciated the green aspect of the hostel with respect to water conservation and energy efficiency.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town with the waterfront right there. It made it really convenient for us to explore all the nearby attractions and go sightseeing. The service provided by the staff was amazing, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a television, and a nice carpeted floor. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back here.

It's right in the centre of Queenstown so you can reach everything on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the view out of the kitchen is just amazing. We had a pretty good time there and would recommend YHA at anytime!

En-suite room, excellent location, helpful staff.
Noise from nearby rooms in early hours of the morning. hat has happened to the good old YHA rules about 10:00PM quiet time or OUT! (Same poor experience in the otherwise excellent Franz Joseph YHA
